35 Parts is a sea salt brand that sustainably harvests and sells sea salt flakes from the Great Barrier Reef.
The brand was named after the salinity level of the Great barrier reef; which is 35 parts per thousand, and the logo is representative of the various layers in a microspic image of a salt grain.
Sustainability is major concern for the brand, and this is addressed thrpough both the usage of 100% recyclable paper and unusual interior of the packaging. Contained in the packaging is 35 sachets that each contain 1 and a 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt flakes. This regulates the customer’s daily salt intake and is also a witty remark on the brand name.
